1. INDIGESTION:

A Stomach Enemy explore why indigestion occur ?

In hindi it is called APACH . But in its medical term is DYSPEPSIA OR UPSET STOMACH. It is the feeling of discomfort in abdominal area.

2. Symptoms :

 1 . belly pain,

 2 . feeling of overeating, 

3. uncomfortable, 

4. burning sensation in throat and in abdomen,

 5. feeling vomiting,

6 belching etc.

3. Causes:

 1. overeating, 

2 . anxiety,

3 . spicy food,

4 . fatty food,

5 . smoking etc.

 Sometimes risks: 

 1 .peptic ulcers, 

2. low digestion,

3. diabetes,

 4. reduce blood flow in the intestine called intestinal ischemia, 

5. thyroid,

 7 . gastric etc

4. Prevention:

 usually indigestion is common but in some cases it affects. Prohibition from overeating, cooking of foods in right way.

Example-

lentils, rice etc .

Chewing food properly, drinking of water after food after 10 to 20 minutes or can drink water before eating, do not sleep instant after eating, there should be a gap between sleeping and eating of at least half or one hour, do not excess of pickles.

5. remedy:-

 rest in back side or do not give pressure on stomach. 2-3 spoon of curd is also a very good treatment. 

Traditional lemon pickles juice is another good option. People of village use this remedies to get ride of indigestion. The pickles juice should be taken in small quantity. One tea- spoon juice should be diluted in half cup of water. 

 The digested food should be assimilated into the blood and the waste products should be excreted from the body. But if the waste products are not excreted from the body it starts decaying and leads to constipation. 

The intestines forgets it’s natural process for absorption due to untimely and limitless intake of food . They become weak and also creates hindrance in digestion.

4 . Nervousness

5 . Mouth blisters or ulcers

6 . Discomfort

7 . Sometimes irregular heart beat

1 . Potatoes

2 . Polished legumes

3 . Fatty foods 

4 . Refined flour foods such as bread, biscuits, noodles etc

5 . Beverages like tea, coffee, soft drinks etc

6 . Distress life / Depressed life 

7 . Less physical work

8 . Having kidney – liver problems

9 . Controlling toilets and poop

10 . Eating excessive foods

11 . Less water intake

12 . Fast eating and not chewing properly

13.. Late sleeping at night

14 . Late awakening in the morning

15 . Eating packaged foods and fast foods

16 . Loss of control on senses. 

What to eat in indigestion? 

1 . Green leafy vegetables  such as Amaranth or Red spinach, spinach, Bathua  etc

2 . Raddish

3 . Guava

4 . Cucumber

5 . Muskmelon

6 . Seasonal fruits and salads

7 . Pear

8 . Pineapple

9 . Germinated moong

10 . Papaya both Ripe and unripe

11 . Long melon / Kakdi

12 . In morning =  20 Munakka + 3 dry Anjeer + 3 Apricot. All these should be soaked in water overnight and eat in the morning and the lemon should be added in the rest water and drink them. 

13 . While grain + vegetables + salads

14 . While grains + vegetables +  fruits

15 . Exercises 

16. Drink water before going to the toilet in the morning.

17 . Drink 10 -12 glasses of water in a day

18 . Drink at least one glass of water in every two hours

19 . Chew foods properly

20 . Take food on time and in proper quantity so, that we can feel natural Hungriness

21 . Avoid Yoga, if someone have high blood pressure with constipation. 

22 . The flour should be of size of semolina or coarse or whole grains. The dough should be kneaded two hours before making chapatti. Because from this process the dough becomes 6 times in fibres, Vitamin B 4 times, and Minerals 4 times . 

The body becomes clean, which later helps in increasing immunity and constipation will go away.

1 .what is the Home remedy for stomach ache? 

Ans:- carrom seeds are very helpful in stomachache. Take a half tea spoon of carrom seeds in a cup of water. Boil until it becomes half. Add some black salt in it. And consume it sip like tea. 

2 . Is warm water help in stomach ache? 

Ans:- Yes, we can drink some warm water. And also we can fill the warm water in a bottle and roll on our belly. It will  relax our pain. 

3 . Can I take gram in gastric or in indigestion? 

Ans:- No, because gram is hard in nature. It will make us uncomfortable and gastric problem will rise. 

4. Can I take lemon water in indigestion? 

Ans:- yes, we can take lemon water. Add some black salt in it is very good option. 

5 . Can I drink sattu in indigestion? 

Ans :- No, because it is hard in nature. First we should relax from indigestion. Then we can take this.
