Cause of hair fall from hormonal imbalances are happening in the young aged girls and boys. our foods and Environment and also genes and (chemical exposure )play an important role in maintaining our body. Hair is the reflection of our inner health and beauty. Some one have good hair by their genes but all are not that much lucky. From hormonal imbalances various types of problems and diseases arises in our body such as irregularity of menstrual cycles , eczema , black and red spots on the face . hormonal imbalances can trigger the genetic long hairs in girls. Hormonal Imbalances can trigger the moods and excessive hair fall.

Deficiency-

Today we have adopted the tendency to live indoor. And if we go out in sun we apply moisturizer. So are protected from tan and darkness but there is one deficiency occurs in our body , that is vitamin D3 deficiency.

Sources:-

1 .The ultimate source of vitamin D3 is our sunlight. The rising sun have very beautiful red color that is very good for our bone as well as for our hair .Deficiency of vitamin D3 leads to bones weakness also. And during sun set, the beautiful red color is very good for our eyes because it produces vitamin A 

2 .Other sources of vitamin d3 – (for vegetarians)Milk, paneer, cheese, ghee etc. Deficiency of vitamin B12.  

3 .Deficiency of vitamin B12 is also responsible for Hairfall and Baldness and also Dark circles under eyes.

4 .Richest sources of vitamin B12- always non veg foods.example -Eggs, meat, fish etc. 

5 .Other sources ( for vegetarians) – Mushrooms and fermented foods.

Deficiency of vitamin B9 -Leads to folate deficiency which results in hair damage and hair fall. Because of our changes in food habits , such as fast foods, junk foods etc.

Sources- 

1 . Green leafy vegetables

2 . Sunflower seeds

3 . Peanut

4 . Fruits

5 . Choker( wheat bran) which we throw out is very very beneficial. It contains ample amount of vitamin B complex. It is a natural folate.

6 . hormonal imbalances also leads to hair fall and hair graying. Thyroid problem , insulin imbalances, hypertensions, some trauma, stress , Depression, Acne, PCOS etc.

I WANT TO SHARE MY OWN EXPERIENCES ON HAIR FALL CAUSED BY HORMONAL IMBALANCES

Hormonal imbalances can be cured by medicines ,but here i want to share my some personal experiences for the treatment of hair fall because my younger sister had the problem . with this healthy food is also mandatory. These are effective but healthy foods and medicines are also parallel important.

AAMLA –

 Aamla or Indian goose berry is the richest source of vitamin c, and it is very good for our hair.

 REETHA-

Also called soap berry. 

SIKHAKAI

Sikhakai prevents dryness.

HENNA-

 Henna has very cooling effect and brings beautiful natural red color in hair.

TULSI –

 Tulsi has antifungal properties and have antioxidants.

ALOE VERA – 

Aloe vera have antioxidants and antibacterial character.

Flaxseed

FLAXSEED:-

Flaxseed have omega 3 fatty acids, controls diabetes and cholesterol in our body. Eating two spoon of flaxseed is very nutritious for our body. Its gel can also be apply on hair, will give shiny and glossy hair.

ONIONS –

Onions contains sulphur and strengthen our hair. So eating half onion daily is good habit.

BANANA –

Banana contains potassium and increases blood circulation in our body. We throw out the banana peel, but instead of throwing we can use on our face as well as on our hair.

ROSEMARY LEAVES-

Increase hair growth and brain functions.

HIBISCUS FLOWERS AND IT’S LEAVES-

Hibiscus flowers and it’s leaves have essential nutrients and vitamin which stimulates hair growth. 

CURRY LEAVES-

curry leaves are the rich source of calcium, Iron , Carotenoids , Beta – carotene, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin B2. Curry leaves have pungent smells and little bit bitter taste. Chewing of 5- 7 curry leaves daily have amazing effect in our body.

EGGS –

Eggs are the rich source of proteins and vitamins .Eating one egg daily by removing it’s yolk is very good for our body. We can apply one egg on our hair in once a week, will give shiny hair.

Betel leaves

BETEL LEAVES-

Betel leaves are Antioxidants, Anti- diabetic, Anti – inflammatory, Anti – ulcer , Anti – infective in nature.

TURMERIC –

Turmeric has antiseptic properties. Uses in our foods. And turmeric roots can also use for our hair also. 1 inch of turmeric is enough for hair.

BHRINGRAJ

Bhringraj has traditional use in our Ayurveda. Also called as Black hair dye.

BHRAHMANI –

Bhrahmani improves memory power. Use in treating Dandruff and Baldness.

RATANJOT –

Ratanjot’ roots are in black color. Ratanjot is also use in our foods and meats because it gives red color appearance. Ratanjot is also used in treatment of inflammations.

JATAMANSI –

Jatamansi promotes hair growth. Removes excessive dryness of scalp due to it’s oiling properties. Jatamansi is also use in our foods also.

1 . Can i apply Ratanjot and jatamansi over night in hair? 

Ans.  No, because these are cold in nature. 

2 . Can i use jatamansi in our food? 

Ans. Jatamansi is use in our food as a spice. And Ratanjot is also uses for its red color. 

3 . Can i chew betel leaves instead of applying in hair? 

Ans.  Yes, but should not be as addiction. It should be consumed in small amounts and occasionally. Meetha paan is good but Occasionally.
