Today’s obesity is growing very fast. In this modern world, people are searching for easy, royal and sophisticated life therefore people who work physically are now reducing day by day. Food is becoming more tasty and therefore people are interested in eating more and more.

 Obesity is the big problem for us, for our health, for our mentality, physically and no doubt in our society also. We are gaining weight very fast. Obesity leads to Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Osteoarthritis, Cerebrovascular diseases. In other words we are inviting different types of dangerous diseases through obesity.

  REASONS OF OBESITY

1 . Overeating

2 . Excess consumption of refined sugar, rice, fatty foods, starchy food ( eg – corn starch is used in food. It  makes our food dense and enhances food tastes. Eg :- Manchurian, paneer chilli , soya chilli etc) . Starch foods have 30 times the glycemic index of sugar. 

3 . Cold drinks and cold are also responsible for obesity. 

Instead of these cold we can drink Clay Pot water ( Matka ka paani) . It tastes very good.

 4 . Not doing physical activities or Exercises. Extreme tensions, depressions, easy life.

 5 . Genetic 

6 . The food which we are eating in tension, depression, anger, fear also increases diseases and obesity  Said by Charak) .

  HOW TO CONTROL OBESITY

There are some ways :-

1 . Remove the disease from the body.

2 . What we are eating and in what quantities 

3 . Eat Worm and fresh foods but in quantities. 

4 . Eat food after complete digestion. 

5 . While eating, do not laugh, talk and do not eat too fast. 

6 . Whatever you eat, eat with your soul satisfaction. 

7 . Eat always on time. We should not take anything between two meals. 

8 . Do proper exercises. A fast walk is necessary.

Example :- swimming

9 . Do not sit or sleep on a mattress or fluffy beds. Instead we can sit or sleep on flat thin wooden beds and bedsheets. 

10 . Sleep only for the necessary natural clock. Do Not excess sleeping.

 SOME OTHER TIPS TO CONTROL OBESITY

1 . Mix 2 tablespoons of honey in one glass of water. We can drink this honey water in the morning. 

2 . Drinking Rice bran water( pake hue chawal k maand) . 

3 . Roots of Arni tree and shilajeet. Make a beverage of roots of arni and put some shilajeet in it but in small quantity.

ANS . OBESITY CAN BE MANAGED/CONTROLLED/CURED BY LIFE STYLE CHNAGES SUCH AS:-

 INTAKE OF LESS SUGAR ,HIGH FIBER FOOD ,DAILY EXERCISES ETC.

3 . CAN STRESS CAUSES OBESITY ?

ANS . CHRONIC STRESS INCREASES CORTISOL LEVELS, WHICH CAN LEAD TO FAT STORAGE, ESPECIALLY AROUND THE BELLY.

4 . DOES OBESITY CAUSES HORMONAL IMBALANCE ?

ANS . YES, IT CAN DISTURB HORMONES LIKE INSULIN, LEPTIN, ESTROGEN AND CORTISOL MAKING WEIGHT LOSS  HARDER.

5 . IS OBESITY GENETIC ?

ANS . SOME TIMES IT MAY BE GENETIC.
