What to eat or avoid in diabetes is most common asked question. Today most people are affected by diabetes. It is considered as a common disease. But surprisingly it is also happening among the children which is a matter of great concern. Everyone is earning good money and eating good food. But instead we are getting diabetes. Even in the village area people are getting diabetes.

In my opinion, we are eating more ready made foods. Foods, milk, fruits, paneer, grains etc. we are purchasing are also not good. Because they are prepared mostly from chemicals and fertilizers. But we have no other options to eat them.

Another reason may be that we are working in seating and not doing any physical work. People are suffering from hypertension. Most of the people are not happy in their life. For our sad life there can be many reasons depending on the people. If we are not happy, how can happy hormones or dopamine be released?

Today most of us are rich but not happy. We are showing our happiness on social media. That means we are really not happy and need to show our happiness on social sites. Another one more reason is that we are going away from our nature because we are becoming greedy day by day. These all are my personal opinions. Here i want to to share my some of the information about what to eat or what to avoid in diabetes
