WHAT IS PILES ?

I also had piles but today I am free for 3 years and feeling very happy. I also have piles of genetic history. Today I am using ginger and red chili in vegetables because I cured my piles. “I always believe in prevention is better than cure”.

What to avoid in piles:-

1 . Red chili

2 .Ginger

3 . Excess tea

4 . Untimely food

5 . Less drinking water.

6 . Black lentils

7 . Egg plant or brinjal.

8 . Grams

9 . Split Bengal grams/ split chickpea lentils / Chana daal etc

10 . Pushing too hard when pooing

11 . Avoid Commode toilets. Use Indian toilet

12 . Do not spend more time in the toilet.

13 . Oily food.

14 . Continuous sitting position.

15 . Meat should be avoided.

16.. Too much spicy food .

17 . Fresh coconut water is also very helpful.

18 . Food should be on time .

19 . Foods should be light.

20 . Taking too much Allopathic medicines.

21 . The foods which are warm in nature should be avoided.

22 . Fried items , junk foods, fast foods .

23 . Avoid Refined flour made foods.

24 . Pickles should be avoided.

25 . If someone likes milk then he / she can drink milk at night but should be warm not cold. But should not be taken during bleeding piles.

I WANT TO SHARE MY OWN EXPERIENCE:-

1 . Every day I consume Red spinach / Red saag.

2 . Drink normal water. Never consumed chilled or frigid water.

3 . I am vegetarian. Do not eat meat, fish and eggs.

4 . I didn’t take milk because milk increases bleeding.

5 . Didn’t take grams.

6 . In the morning I drink Oats water.

7 . Milk is strictly prohibited in the piles especially in the morning.

8 . Lassi is very good but in lunch.

9 . I Avoid dry fruits.

10 . Never used ginger and Red chilli in vegetables.

11 . I use only green chilli.

12 . Avoid jaggery.

13 . Avoid ghee and butter.

14 . Bread is very very harmful in piles.

15. I ate both rice in the morning and chapatti at night. Because I eat only two times a day.

16 . Take food on time.

17 . I drink green tea in the morning.

TYPES OF PILES:-

  1. External hemorrhoid / Dry hemorrhoid

2 . Internal hemorrhoid / Blood hemorrhoid

TREATMENT OF PILES:-

1 . The best medicine should be our healthy lifestyle. But today it is not possible because of the running life.

2 . Rasawat / Rasaut / Raswanti + saunth + kulfa /lonak seeds . All should be taken in equal quantities. Every ingredient should be crushed in a pestle with mortar and sieve them to get fine powder. Make the pea size ball of these ingredients with Radish water or normal water. Do not sun dry it. Instead dry in the shadows.

Dosage:-

3 -4 balls can be consumed daily in every morning with cow milk / lassi/ water. 3 . Red Amaranth leaves /Red spinach / laal saag are the magical leaves in the bloody piles/ Wet hemorrhoid. It works very very fast in piles.

4. Triphala

People in our village are healthy and living a simple and healthy and happy life. They are working physically, working hard in the fields and eating fresh and simple foods. They lived long. They were clean and calm and satisfied and peaceful.

What is Triphala?

The combination of three items Aamla + Baheda + Yellow harad makes Triphala. These are available at any shop. But we can easily make it in our house .

Composition:-

Aamla 1st part Baheda 2nd part Yellow harad 3rd partRatio is = Aamla 1: Baheda 1/2: Yellow harad ÂĽTherefore Aamla will be highest in amount.

Process of making Triphala:-

All the seeds should be removed from them and crushed in the pestle with mortar and Sieve them. The fine powder should be stored in the glass bottle, so that air does not enter in it. After four months it expired.

Dose:-

1 .Consume regularly for 12 years in the morning in an empty stomach with normal water. After taking it, do not eat anything for at least one hour.

2 . The amount should be according to the age. Means if someone is of 25 years of age then he / she should take Triphala 25 ratti ( 3.03 grams) .

3 . In starting a person may have loose motion but within a week the body will adjust. Triphala in different seasons :-

Every season has its own qualities and importance. In Bharat there are 6 seasons. Every season is two months.

1 . August + September = with sendha salt.

2 . October + November = with sakkar/ sugar.

3 . December + January= with sonth.

4 . February + March = with long peepli powder.

5 . April + May = with honey.

6 . June + July= with Jaggery. The Triphala should be in 1 st part and the sixth part is the other ingredients .

BENEFITS OF TRIPHALA:-

1 . First year – person feels active, removes laziness and tiredness.

2 . Second year – Disease free

3 . Third year – Increasing eyesight

4 . Fourth year – Body becomes beautiful

5 . Fifth year- wisdom increases

6 . Sixth year- powerful

7 . Seventh year – Got black hairs

8 . Eighth year – Old age changes into young means Wrinkles will go away.

9 . Ninth years- Eyesight completely increases

10 . Tenth year – voice becomes beautiful

11 . Eleventh year and Twelfth year – Attractive voice, face, completely healthy. A person becomes religious, spiritual, skillful, seeker and happy.

FAQ…..

1 . Can I take Triphala daily?

Ans. Yes, in Ayurveda it is given that it should be consumed for twelve years but according to age.

2 . Is sour foods or fruits good in piles?

Ans:- Vitamin c foods are good and healthy. But everything should be in amount because our body has to digest.

3 . Can I take cane sugar juice in piles?

Ans. Yes, we can take cane sugar juice in piles.

4 . Can I drink milk at night during bleeding piles?

Ans:- No, because it will increase bleeding. But bleeding gets controlled and then can be taken at night. But the milk should be warm, not cold.
