  INTRODUCTION 

we are living in the modern age. There are lots of objects that give us physical relaxation to our body. We are living a more comfortable and luxurious life. 

Yes, it is good but as we think particular about our body, we are just burning our golden body . We are getting different types of diseases as a result of a comfortable life. As we are going far away from nature, there would be only diseases, depression, pain, suffering all around. 

New technology and machine and equipment are inventing day by day, same as new diseases are coming and in the same way new medicines are coming. But even in the advanced generation, we are not getting proper solutions to our problems and diseases.

CLAPPING FOR HEALTH 

1 . We are living a very easy and comfortable life, and almost forgot to do physical work.

 2 . Not doing physical work. 

3 . Always eating like animals.

 4 . Rest is necessary for our body but not too much rest.

 5 . Excessive use of fertilizers. 

Therefore I am going to share an easy to live healthy life Clapping is the best way to live healthy and happy. Clapping is one of the easiest exercise .In the old days, we saw that people go to  temples  and claps during pooja and bhajan and Aarti. 

At present we are not giving priority to old puja techniques, but really it was very good for our health. It is a proverb that Remember your God, and clap while doing bhajans and see the magical effects on health. 

We should clapping as much as possible and as fast as possible. Because it is also a type of Exercise.  If there is any blockage in the blood vessels the body will start to flow. It will also help in reducing the risk of hearing problems and blood pressure. 

Impure air is pushed out from lungs and pure oxygen goes inside the lungs. Increases Red blood Corpuscles in the blood stream. Not only the heart but we feel the whole body becomes energetic .

 From clapping, WBC becomes active and therefore our body immunity also increases. Most of the body’s Acupressure points are present in the palm region and let’s the sole region. 

 During clapping all the acupressure centers of bodies are pressed. If we are healthy or do not have any type of disease then we can clap fast or clap with sound. 

Without getting tired, we can keep our body healthy.  But we have to do it for the right time, the right way, because it is also a type of yoga. ( Even through clapping death will also become easy, means there will be no pain.)

Present  bells are ringing in the water and that water is given to the women who are suffering from the Labour pain or having Labour pain. She will be instantly get benefit within an hour after drinking the bell waters.
