Laughing is the best way to live healthy ,this line we have heard in our lives . In the 50th century, people laughed daily for 18 minutes.
In the 90th century it of the people reduced to an average of 6 minutes. But in today’s 21st century, people are not laughing even for 2 minutes. But today there is a lot of depression, hypertensions, sadness, illnesses and troubles are taking place of laughing. Our laugh has vanished today. We have forgotten our laugh even for no reason.

9 . Life is not a burden but a blessing from our creators. It’s not a curse but a boon. Every person has their own tendency and strategies to handle the situations. We have the power determination to convert bad situations, poor days , failure into achievements and opportunities.
