 Laughing is the best way to live healthy ,this line we have heard in our lives . In the 50th century, people laughed daily for 18 minutes. 

In the 90th century it of the people  reduced to an average of 6 minutes. But in today’s 21st century, people are not laughing even for 2 minutes. But today there is a lot of depression, hypertensions, sadness, illnesses and troubles are taking place of laughing. Our laugh has vanished today. We have forgotten our laugh even for no reason. 

WHY OUR LAUGHING IS VANISHING? 

One answer is coming that is , we are not getting any opportunity to laugh. We are also losing our health. For Many people laughing is only an imagination in the past. Finland lives very healthy and happy. By laughing, a human body secretes hormones  like Epinephrine and Dopamine which acts as painkillers  and helps in fighting with allergic diseases.

1.  It works as an immunity booster and decreases depression and makes a person mentally strong. 

2. So, the deposition of steroids in the body is no longer and therefore increases human life. 

3. By laughing loudly, Endorphin hormone releases in the body which helps in pain relief. 

4. If we are free from depression, then we will automatically live free from cold, cough, stomach problems, neuro problems, Heart diseases, weakness, pain etc. 

5 .Reduction in cholesterol level starts very fast. 

6 . A person becomes free from diabetes as insulin hormones secrets, and digests diabetes. 

7 . Blood pressure becomes normal. 

8 . Laughing means happiness.
