GOUT IN LEG.
The accumulation of uric acid into uric acid crystals into the joints is called gout. As the age increases the body starts weakening. Different parts of the joints are starting to be unable to endure. Aversion or lack of interest in foods due to aging.
SYMPTOMS OF GOUT:-
1 . Feelings of More thirst
2 . Pain in hands joints ( meta tarsal region), Elbows, legs, ankle, Toe, hip region, knees, Backbone etc
3 . Swelling, redness and warm around the joints pain
4 . Pain while walking
5 . Ageing changes gout into osteoarthritis
6 . Pain in shoulder or pectoral girdle bones
7 . Sometimes shoulders are unable to move naturally
8 . More and again and again pees
9 . Overweight
10 . Biological family history of gout
11 . Increasing age
12 . Can happen also in women. But mostly after menopause.
13 . Menstrual are more prone to gout
14 . They feel more urinated, especially at night. Because More consumption of water excrete more uric acid in the form of urine.
CAUSES:-
1 . High cholesterol and high blood pressure
2 . Obesity
3 . Accumulation of excess fat around the waist
4 . Excessive Consumption of Animal protein such as Red meat ( mutton etc)
5 . The problem of gout increases especially more in the winter season.
OSTEOARTHRITIS:-
1 . Occurs mostly between the age of 50- 55.
2 . Pain in the shoulder, knees, and backbone
3 . Starts bone rubbing after Erosion of cartilage.
4 . Outer parts becomes sharpen and pointed
5 . Crackle sounds starts coming while moving the legs and hands
6 . Pain increases Slowly
7 . Walking and movement becomes slow
8 . Pain during sitting and walking
GOUT IN BACKBONE-
The patient bent forward. Backbone gout is more common in men.
T.B. in joints –
Sometimes the TB spreads from lungs to bones . The symptoms are more similar to gout. It is caused mostly by malnutrition. The impact most on the joints. It is treatable.

EKPUTIYA GARLIC.
AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS FOR GOUT:-
1 . Boil one Ekputi garlic in half litre of milk, until it becomes half (250 ml). Sieve them and drink it in the morning.
2nd day – boil 2 Ekputi garlic in half litre of milk.
3rd day – boil 3 Ekputi garlic
4th day – boil 4 Ekputi garlic
5th day- 5 Ekputi garlic…
The process should continue for 11 days. Means 11 Ekputi garlic in half litre of milk on 11th day.
Then on the 12th day , the number of Ekputi garlic should be reduced until day 1 comes.
12 th day – 11 Ekputi garlic in half litre milk
13th day – 10 Ekputi garlic
14 th day – 9 Ekputi garlic
15 th day – 8 Ekputi garlic…..
On the 22nd day it will come to one .
2 . Roots of punarnava plant ( 10gm) should be boiled in 100 gm of water. Boil until it becomes ¼ . It can be taken in the morning.
3 . Two tablets of Yograaj guggul can be taken two times a day with warm water.
Yograj guggul is called the safeguard of bones and gout.
4 . Ashwagandha + Chop chini + Piplamul + Sonth = powder in equal quantities.
The powder can be taken in the morning and evening with milk.
5 . Leaves of Castor with applied ghee can be tied on the joints . Then it should be warm or foment.
6 . Soaked Fenugreek seeds can be chewed before going to bed at night. Both Fenugreek and soaked water can be taken. Because both are good.
7 . Narayani oil can be applied at the place of joints. Traditional Narayani oil is made from the combination of several ayurvedic herbs for the message of bones and joints.

8 . They should do exercises but not heavy exercises.
WHAT TO EAT IN GOUT ? (ACCORDIND TO AYURVEDA)
1 . Wheat chappathi
2 . Millet chapathi
3 . Fenugreek seeds and leaves both are useful
4 . Bitter gourd
5 . Apple, papaya, Grapes , Dates
6 . Garlic
7 . Tinda ( apple gourd/ bhartiya baby pumpkin)
8 . Chaulai saag ( Amaranth)
9 . Ivy gourd
10 . Sticky vegetables are also very healthy in gout as well as for the stomach. Such as Okra ( lady finger) , Taro roots, and taro root leaves ( Rikwach – a dish) are also eaten
11 . Elephant foot ( yam / jimmikanda)
12 . All types of berries are very helpful. Example – Blue berries, Raspberry, gooseberry , black berry etc.
NOT TO EAT ACCORDING TO AYURVEDA-
1 . Rice , potato , Cauliflower, Raddish , Tomato, Broad beans, Grams, Urad daal etc
Actually most of the white colour foods are avoided in this.
2 . Paneer, curd , eggs
3 . Banana , oranges, Guava etc
4 . Day time sleeping etc.
5 . Red meat should be stopped completely. It can be eaten occasionally.
6 .( Roasted fish can be eaten and white meat can be eaten if he/ she likes to eat meat. But they should control their eating until the gout problem relaxes.)
I want to share my personal very effective home remedy which I applied and tested .
The problem of gout increases in the winter season.
The oil which I prepared for my husband and message.
Pure Mustard oil + 1/4th Nutmeg + carrom seeds = boil
The oil is very effective and can be massaged regularly especially in the winter season.
I give him lemon water in the morning as per the doctor’s advice. It helps remove excess accumulated uric acid through urine.
